Emergency Road Service

Check the car's manual for emergency roadside assistance phone numbers. The phone number may also be on a sticker on one Of the cars side window's. You may also call our rental office during business hours for help.

Maximum Rental Period

On the 30th day, renter must return to rental location to request a new agreement for additional period Of time. Nev.' agreement is subject to availability and rate changes.

Accidents

All accidents must be reported to the police and an accident report completed. You must also notify us within 24 hours of the accident. You will be required to complete an accident report for our records, Once you complete the accident report, you should be able to continue your trip.

Mechanical Problems

please call our rental Office during business hours for help. If you were not the cause Of the mechanical problem. and the problem Will cost less than SISOOO to resolve, you may have the car repaired and we will reimburse you accordingly. Be sure to save all original receipts stating the reason for purchase of parts or labor, and the amounts. We will in no event pay for lost income, time or any losses suffered because Of the breakdown Of the rented car.

No-show

A123 Car Rental charges $100 to the customer for any Full size Cars and larger vehicles including Sports Cars and Convertibles. that are not canceled at least 48 in advance of anticipated rental pickup time.

Reservation

Confirmation of a vehicle which is reserved for a customer at a particular location, on a specified date, at an agreed upon price. Unless you receive a second conformation email your reservation IS not guaranteed. Local pickup and return is available for customers renting for two days or more within 5 miles of the A123 Car Rental location Specialty vehicles may require a two day minimum rental. Pickup and return requests Will not be permitted Within I hour before closing time. Please click on the •Locations" tab for the specific hours Of operation for all A123 Car Rental locations.

Visually Impaired or Handicapped

Visually impaired or handicapped renter may rent a car using a designated driver (customers can use the impaired renter' credit card or cash if cash-qualified and I.D. and designated driver's license).

General Rental Requirements

THESE ARE THE GENERAL RENTAL REQUIREMENTS OF A123 CAR RENTAL. THE RENTAL COMPANY OPERATING THE A123 CAR RENTAL LOCATION MAY HAVE OTHER REQUIREMENTS. THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE RENTAL LOCATION WILL CONTROL. CHECK WITH THE RENTING LOCATION MORE INFORMATION ON THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Rental Rates: Daily Rental rates are based on a 24 hour •rental day" starting at the time of rental. The minimum charge is one day, plus mileage, if applicable. You will pay for each hour andr6r any part of an hour in excess of a rental day until the Vehicle is returned. up to the applicable daily rate, Mileage charges, if applicable. will be the number of miles driven as determined by the odometer readings at the beginning and end of the rental. If you fail to comply with the conditions applicable to the rate, including any geographic driving restrictions, a mileage charge, surcharge or other rates may apply Weekend and weekly rates often reflect a savings over daily rates; however, returning a weekend or weekly rental early may not result in a proportionate refund. Additional days beyond the weekend or weekly rate plan may be charged at the extra day rate published on the rental agreement. Weekly rates are 7 days

Driving Age: The minimum age to rent a A123 Car Rental vehicle at most A123 Car Rental locations is 18 years of age. Additional charges for drivers between the ages of 16 and 24 may apply.

Authorized Drivers: The A123 Car Rental vehicle may be driven only by an authorized driver. An authorized driver is the renter and any additional person who appears at the time of rental, and signs the rental agreement, All authorized drivers warrant they satisfy our age requirements. have a valid drivers license, and fulfill our other qualifications. which vary by A123 Car Rental location. See our credit card requirements below. No other persons are authorized to drive the vehicle.

Additional Authorized Drivers and Fees: All additional authorized drivers are required to qualify to drive the A123 Car Rental vehicle. To qualify. A123 Car Rental requires all additional drivers, including spouses, to satisfy our minimum age requirements, have a valid driver's license. and pay an additional driver fee. However. the following additional drivers do not need to pay an additional driver fee or separately qualify as long as they meet our minimum age requirements and have a valid drivers' license: (1) government renters on official orders, (2) corporate account customers on corporate rate plans, and (3) drivers companions of physically impaired customers The additional driver may also be subject to an underage driver's fee. (See below).

Underage Drivers Fee: An authorized driver 16 to 24 years of age maybe required to pay an underage Driver's fee because of such driver's age in addition to the additional driver fee, if applicable.

Credit Qualifications/requirements: TO qualify to rent the A123 Car Rental vehicle, the renter must present at the time of rental a major credit card or debit card (See Debit Card usage below) in their own name with available credit. A hold will be placed on the card for the estimated amount of the rental plus a minimum deposit of S300,OO, as determined by the location where you intend to rent. The hold will be removed at the end of the rental when the final charges are settled. A123 Car Rental accepts American Express. MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card.
